Temenos

The House beneath the Monastery, located at Komkata 1 str. in Zelin villa zone (40 min. ride from Sofia), is far more than a cosy family villa.

For decades, the House has been a cultural hub preserving the thread of ancestral memory, cultural legacy, and creative free thinking — all flourishing together under the spiritual protection of Тhe Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Monastery land.

Today, the House stands as a living sanctuary, temenos and an oasis for research, reflection and cultural adventure in the fields of Analytical Psychology, ancient Alchemy, and Hermetic science.

The Reception Hall reveals a panoramic view of the Bilo Mountain and the magical green oasis of our garden, hosting analytical sessions, seminars, lectures, and creative projects.

We are honored to open the doors of the restored House beneath the Monastery – a sanctuary that preserves the spirit of wisdom, the peace of seclusion, and the aesthetic essence of inspiration.

The space is available for event rentals and is uniquely suited for meetings, book launches, exhibitions, seminars, lectures, and networking events. Options for short stays and accommodation are also available.

The Salon

The main hall serves as our Salon, functioning simultaneously as a Reception Hall for chamber and boutique formats. It is perfectly tailored for seminars, practical workshops, psychological trainings, and creative gatherings.

The Residence

The Residence hosts multi-day educational programs, retreats, and seminars, offering accommodation in its unique guest rooms. The House features 3 rooms and 1 Private Studio, carefully designed to comfortably welcome an optimal capacity of 6 and a maximum of up to 8 guests.
